Amendment to Ordinance No. 31 defining the system of sewer works for Town of Thomson, Minnesota regulating the construction, maintenance, use, charge and management of same, establishing Rules and Regulations for said system.
The Town of Thomson proposes the Adoption of an amendment to said ordinance which will move the setting of charges for service from the ordinance to the Town fee schedule which is reviewed annually.
