NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF THOMSON

CARLTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Thomson Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2026, at 6:30PM., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Board Room of the Thomson Town Hall, located at 25 East Harney Road, Esko, MN. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an application to rezone the property located at 5 Evelyn Street / PID: 78-367-0240 from Town Center Living Area One (LA-1) to Town Center Living Area Two (LA-2). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and will be provided an opportunity to offer comments regarding the proposed rezoning. A quorum of Town Board members may be in attendance for observation only.
