Effective October 2023

All fees must be paid to secure your date.

All Rental requests shall be at a minimum 30 days prior to your desired date.

No Changes can be made to rental times less than 30 days prior to your event.

Applications will only be accepted during the Town's regular business hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday except Holidays.

No rentals during regular business hours Monday through Friday.

Reservations will not be accepted more than 4 months in advance.

Verbal requests do not constitute a reservation.

Fees:

$10.00 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee 

$25.00/hour Rent

$100.00 Deposit   

Make sure you include time necessary for set-up & clean-up

Capacity = 60 persons with Table & Chairs set up

Any rental using a Bounce House, Inflatable, Dunk Tanks, etc. requires you to provide the Township with proof of Liability Insurance.  The Certificate of Insurance must be $1 Million in total liability coverage listing the "Town of Thomson" as ALSO INSURED.
