Town Hall Community Room

Effective October 2023

All Community Room Rentals will require a Non-Refundable Application Fee of $10.00 in addition to

Rent + $100.00 Security Deposit & Signed Agreement to secure your date.
(SEE Rental Application & Agreement below).  Contact the Town Hall to check availability.

Pages 4, 7 & 8 of the Rental Application AND Community Room Rules & Regulations form must be completed.

All Rental requests shall be at a minimum 30 days prior to your desired date.

No Changes can be made to rental times less than 30 days prior to your event.

Applications will only be accepted during the Town's regular business hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday except Holidays.

Reservations will not be accepted more than one year in advance.

Rental fee: 

  • Resident:  $25.00/hour with a maximum rent of $150.00  (Photo ID for Proof of Residency)
  • Non-Resident:  $25.00/hour with a maximum rent of $250.00   

Make sure you include time necessary for set-up & clean-up

Capacity = 60 persons with Table & Chairs set up

Any rental using a Bounce House, Inflatable, Dunk Tanks, etc. requires you to provide the Township with proof of Liability Insurance.  The Certificate of Insurance must be $1 Million in total liability coverage listing the "Town of Thomson" as ALSO INSURED.
